Help with PICs?

Hello TrueStory'ers, I have a question for you: How do I delete my character?

Whenever I try to delete a character, it says 

You cannot delete a character without a PIC.
Please create your PIC.

So how do I create a PIC when I don't even know where and how to do so on this server?

Sorry, currently our coder/owner are busy with other matters/project that is on-going. For now, you could only just create another character or account. If not you can try vote for NX to buy Extra Character Slots in Cash Shop.
Nevertheless, I will inform the owner/coder about this and will reply you again.
